WePuglia – Dimora Melograno, house with priv.terrace&veranda, A/C, Wi-Fi

Dimora Melograno is a detached house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a toilet and a large balcony, located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare. The house is about 500 meters from the downtown overlooking the sea and 750 meters from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and it can accommodate up to 7 people.

Dimora Melograno is accessed via a staircase that leads to the corridor on the first floor, where there are 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom, another double bedroom with balcony and a single bedroom. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. There is also a toilet. A staircase leads to the second floor where there is a large living room with double sofa bed, aircon and dining table with chairs, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave and electric oven. The living room leads to a large balcony where there are outdoor table and chairs. From the balcony you enter a small room where there is the washing machine.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



Check-In 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30EUR, after that time 50EUR subject to confirmation)

Check-Out before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
