You will be staying in a comfortable and tastefully furnished 10-room house spanning across three levels, with a total area of 400 square meters. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a TV, and a hi-fi system. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, six gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You can access the terrace directly from the kitchen. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level.

On the upper floor, there is another living room with an open-hearth fireplace and access to a balcony. This level also houses four bedrooms, each with a double bed and access to the balcony. You will also find a shower/WC and a bath/shower/WC on this floor.

The top floor features a living room with sloping ceilings and three bedrooms, each with a double bed and sloping ceilings. There is also a shower/WC on this level. The house has gas heating and air conditioning, as well as natural stone floors. You can enjoy the outdoor spaces, including three balconies, a terrace measuring 25 square meters, and a roofed terrace.
