An absolutely beautiful home with lovely French furnishings. The home is grand, yet comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous with everything one needs for preparing great meals & is a wonderful place to gather around the farmhouse table. The grounds are lovely & I can imagine how beautiful it must be in every other season. I had the pleasure of meeting Marzie, the host/owner. She is kind, helpful & responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over Christmas.

Marzie's house provided plenty of gathering space for our college reunion visitors. With several comfortable sitting areas and a very large kitchen table, we had plenty of places to sit and talk. The location is wonderful. We had privacy on the property and Poolesville is just minutes down the road and has restaurants that are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a sophisticated, rural Maryland experience that our friends loved.
