In the main Palazzo building of Porto Letizia, this one-bedroom apartment for 5 sets the scene for a Swiss-Italian vacation with loved ones. The apartment has an exclusive balcony and an open living room, fully air-conditioned and furnished to compliment pleasant year-round stays. This is complemented by a double and a single sofa bed and a modern, open kitchenette with a dining area in the living room. The bedroom has joinable 2 single beds. The bathroom features WC, bidet and a wonderful rain-drop-shower. After a recent refurbishing, the apartment is now in the Deluxe category.
The modern apartment is easily reached by lift.

Located in the town of Porlezza, this apartment is ideal to explore the Swiss-Italian lakes of Como and Lugano, which are about half an hour’s drive from its location.

During the months of July and August, there is also in-house kids’ entertainment available for families coming with young ones. The holiday resort also features a shared pet-friendly park with foot and bike paths, a communal beach with a lake-view restaurant and a lido bar near the lake area, watersport hire and two children\'s play areas.
From the resort’s hassle-free location, guests can reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza and its historic town centre in a 2-5 minute walk. Day trips can be taken to the year-round lake capital of Lugano, the famous Menaggio Cadenabbia and golf club at Lake Como, and Mount Tamaro Adventure Park. Besides, the nearby Grotte di Rescia is a beautiful network of underground caves located at just a 4-minute’ drive and perfect for nature lovers.
