All essential shops are close to the residence. The Bluegreen Golf course in Pornic is just a stone's throw away and bus lines allow you to reach the town centre of Pornic.



The apartment (level 1 access without stairs) of 47m² has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a sofa bed (140 mattress) thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.

It consists of an open fitted and equipped kitchen with induction hobs, an oven as well as all the necessary appliances so you feel at home; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle. A lounge-dining room with TV and wifi access gives access to the 5m² balcony with outdoor furniture. A bathroom with independent WC completes the rental. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron and a washing machine are also at your disposal.

You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage room.

Discover the wild coast by bike via the VéloOéan or by sea in a kayak and above all do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique mussels from Bouchots de La Plaine sur Mer and oysters from the Bay of Bourgneuf, the famous ice creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious galettes from "St-Michel" and not forgetting hot or cold "Le curé Nantais".
