Die perfekte Lage

Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und entgegenkommenden Abwicklung bei später Anreise und spontaner Anfrage für Verlängerung. Einfach aber sehr gut und ausreichend mit allem ausgestattet vom Bügeleisen bis zur Krebszange. Toller Blick aufs Meer vom Aufstehen bis zum Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon. Kleiner Park nur für die sehr ruhige Wohnanlage, sehr sicher durch abgeschlossene Tore und elektrische Einfahrt. Eigener Parkplatz in der Anlage. 3 Minuten zum sehr schönen überwachten Strand und weitere Strandbuchten ganz in der Nähe. Stadt über den Spaziergang an der Felsküste in 40 Minuten zu Fuß sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder!

Beau séjour

Les points positifs : Appartement bien agencé, et surtout un balcon où déjeuner/dîner avec une magnifique vue mer. Les points négatifs : le bip de la porte extérieure ne fonctionnait pas pendant deux jours, et un soir la porte piétons non plus. La chambre est plutôt une petite cabine de 4,5 m2. C’est une belle location d’été, très agréable ! Merci à l’oncle du propriétaire de nous avoir prêter son nouveau bip de portail, et à mademoiselle Cassel pour son aide.

Appartement très bien situé dans une residence calme et propre, au sein d'un très beau parc et en bordure de l'océan. Permet d'être à pied d'œuvre pour des ballades sur le chemin qui longe plages, carrelés et rochers. Appartement de 4 couchages avec tout le confort minimal à attendre pour ce type de séjour. Appartement idéalement situé dans une résidence très bien entretenue. la résidence était occupée à peut être 10% de sa capacité donc calme. L'appartement est bien équipé et agréable on ne peut regretter que l’absence d'une liste des équipements (lors de la réservation) pour savoir ce que l'on doit ramener ou non. La "chambre" dans laquelle se trouve les lits superposés ne doit guère mesurer plus de 1.5m * 2m. Le canapé lit pour les "adultes" est correcte sans plus. L'accueil et le départ est fait par une dame très gentille et serviable. Je ne peux regretter que l'emploi exclusif de majuscule dans une réponse du propriétaire à un de mes Email (avec beaucoup de questions vu le peu de renseignements donnés lors de la réservation!!!)........et l’absence d'excuses quand je lui en ai fait la remarque (c'est assimilé à crier).
