The Alja Cabin in Pornichet

Let yourself be seduced by our villa with an area of 150 m2 which offers beautiful services and careful decoration.

The villa is ideally located close to the beach. It was built in 2016, extremely bright, surrounded by a 400 m2 sand garden, with a cabin and wooden courtyard at the bottom of the garden, housing a weber barbecue and plancha.

It is made up of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a sublime view of the sea (2 160x190 beds, 1 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 single beds) - 1 dressing room - 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath) - 2 toilets

2 wooden terraces: 1 terrace on the sea side with pergola: swing, hammocks and garden furniture available for aperitifs with jasmine scents under the guinguette garlands - 1 terrace on the garden side with wooden dining table, for family lunches/dinners or with friends before a game of pétanque/mölki on the grounds provided for this purpose

The house is ideally close to the beach, close to the market and the city center.

Pornichet, a small village of fishermen and salt workers, has become a town where it is good to stroll all year round, for shopping, particularly near the Place du Marché, the Mazy-avenue de Gaulle district, or the Océanes.
To do your shopping:
The Pornichet market located 1.5 km away is one of the most famous in the region.
In the summer, nearly 250 traders set up their stalls there: fresh produce, clothing, household linen, etc.
It takes place on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings and is located 52 Bd des Océanides, 200m from the accommodation. Also treat yourself by going to the covered market open every day (except Monday), the ideal place to find fresh products!
The Intermarché SUPER Pornichet, Av. du Baulois, is located 1.7 km away.
For outings with family or friends, to have a drink, share a meal, listen to a concert or dance, Pornichet is the preferred destination for residents of the peninsula: bars, restaurants, clubs, casino... Some places have even become real institutions like Le Bidule.
Small avenues, 18th century villas, panorama of the ocean and the marina, pedestrian facilities, wooden street furniture extend their arms to you for a contemplative break.
