Had to ask for towels and coffee as none in room when we arrived. Bath had mould in tiling and our room was dark, dated and noisy. Appreciate this was a budget hotel but we were not impressed

Rooms smelled like wet dog. Clothing Rack was literally ripped out of the wall. Microwave was nasty dirty with food spilled all in it. Bugs seen in the bathroom. And this was the “Suite”. One of the staff was nice, the other shouldn’t be in a Customer Service position. She was RUDE! Junk cars were parked out back with car parts laying around like a Trailer Park.

It is an older hotel but clean. Bed was comfortable but they could use some new pillows and bedding. Super nice staff, easy check in. Great price. Overall it was great.

Property was older but the beds were comfy. Bathroom still had some pubic hair and hair on walls and floors so not the cleanest. Room overall was comfy. We had an executive suite and there was plenty of space. Parking was easy to get in and out of.

We arrived early hoping to be able to drop bags off and go to the parks. The girl on reception said checkin was 3pm and didn't even offer to allow us to drop our bags and go which wasted a day for us. The young guy who did check us in at 3pm was more pleasant as was the other girl who checked us out. The rooms are pretty dated and could do with a bit of tlc. Pool was filthy but could be because of time of year (Early June) and hadn't been cleaned for the season yet.

The stay was great and so was the service. My only concern was that I booked an executive suite which was pet friendly yet while checking in I was told that I should have informed them beforehand (which I never was informed about through emails or hotels.com chat service that I should ). So they charged me the regular pet fee and let me stay but this is something that others can take care of while booking with a pet stay.
