Rooms were clean, but had damp smell

The room has been renovated, but not completely. There was a smell of dampness in the room. It went away once we ran the bathroom fan for couple of hours. The bathrooms did not have any provision to hang clothes or towel. It was ok for an over ight stop over.

Hot weather and the outdoor pool was closed for my entire stay. Staff would not let you even use the deck chairs for sun bathing despite their being no active repair work going on. The closet hangers and hardware are also getting so worn out they need replacement. The summer rates for Port Angeles W outrageous!

Average, would try somewhere else next time.

Average dated motel. Looks better in the pictures. There was mold in the shower, worn carpeting, when other units ran the water it was very loud, you can hear everyone walking above you and car noise from the road. Horrible? No. Just average. Probably would look for other options at the same price point to see if they were any better.

Driving in, it looked not great. The area didn't feel super safe or clean. There is no frills, no breakfast, and our air conditioner didn't work. The rooms were pretty clean, the bathrooms had hair. Overall, it was just ok.

Only one night and it was good.. Beds were good, shower needed a little upgrading, tv & ac worked. good location for exploring Port Angeles and going to hurricane ridge for the day. Also, good location if you want to take the ferry over to Victoria.

Bathroom door was cracked in half. Went to check out and stood there for 1-2 minutes and nobody came as I wanted a receipt. There was a sign to leave your keys and a receipt would be emailed to you, but I did not receive one.

the pool was closed but that was not clear on the website when I made the reservation. My two children were looking so forward to swimming at the hotel during the hot august days (aug 25-27) the doors and walls in the room had dirt and grime on them. the grounds had overflowing cigarette containers full of garbage

I had read the hotel was older but remodeled and I was pretty surprised what shape our room was in. Peeling paint, stains and overall cleanliness was poor. Bed was clean. Very poor parking and front counter barely acknowledged our arrival

The WiFi almost never worked and when it did it broke up and stopped. Noisy too every time someone walked past room it’s was very loud especially sound if wheels like cleaning trolley

The room was clean overall, but I always check for bedbugs (none here that I could see) in hotels and when I pulled back the cushion on the chair, it’s just grime and debris- it needs to be vacuumed big time, just really gross. The caulk around the tub is black with mold, which is just super unpleasant to look at. The worst part though is there seems to be a short of some kind in the lamp next to the bed, which we didn’t discover until about 2:30 this morning when a light starting flashing sporadically in the room, and we couldn’t actually figure out where it was coming from until about 3. Been wide awake since then. I chose this hotel because it looked decent in the pics and had fairly favorable reviews, but I wouldn’t come back. Also, no iron or ironing board in the rooms- we were able to get an ancient iron from the front desk, but they do not possess an ironing board, just something to keep in mind if you like to iron your clothes after traveling. Finally, if you are a light sleeer, bring ear plugs. Between the road noise, the harbor noise, and the people in the room upstairs, it’s a lot.
