Craven's Nest is a unique property featuring a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with a completely distinct 1 bed, 1 bath mother-in-law suite. Both homes have separate driveways and entrances, and both offer phenomenal beach views from furnished decks! You are just a quick walk or ride to the beach from this property.

The beautifully decorated great room in the main house has ample seating, a large TV, and a spacious dining table. This is all open to the fully stocked kitchen, with all the modern appliances and cookware you will need to cook and serve your favorite meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate both the Keurig and regular drip coffee makers. For your convenience you will also find a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.

The main house sleeps 14 comfortably The primary bedroom features a king bed, and an ensuite bath with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom also has one king bed, and the third bedroom has one queen bed and a twin bed with trundle. The bunk room is great for kids -with two sets of twin over twin over twin bunk beds (sleeping 6).

The separate cottage has a seating area, kitchenette, and a queen bed in the open studio area. There is also a full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a cozy loft with two twin beds, so it comfortably sleeps 4.

The host supplied us with information and best wishes. The house was luxurious--spacious, beautiful views, decks, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable mattresses. The kitchen area was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and the easy access to the beach. No complaints!! Wonderful place to stay.

House was clean and well stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Location was perfect. Host was very friendly and helpful. The area was beautiful but not the best for fishing in October. The actual fenced in area for dogs is just a small portion of the yard but still adequate.

Stop looking and start booking!! We have stayed at multiple homes here on crystal beach and this home was the cream of the crop. Everything you need and want.Just pack your clothes and head out, everything else is right here waiting for you to enjoy a home away from home. Great location, lots of room, super clean, pet friendly, and a relaxing hot tub. The host (Mark) and (Amanda) were great and were there instantly if you needed anything. We will definitely be coming back!!

The house is great. Comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for cooking up breakfast before a day of fishing and our catch at the end of the day. Ample seating at the large table means we can enjoy our meals together and play games before lights out. But honestly we spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the sites and sounds of the Gulf of America.

We will not return. Issues we had:Downstairs toilet kept running after flushing. We had to lift tank lid and adjust each time.The “elevator” was not a true elevator, as it did not go to second floor of home. As a result, my husband and I had to sleep in the bunk room downstairs, as we have bad knees. This was not clearly stated in the description of the home.The lift has frayed cables. Definitely not safe!Ants and roaches in the house.The deck area has seen better days. Very run down, and not well maintained.Ice maker did not work.Oven was dirty. After baking a pizza, the oven smoked the entire downstairs.

The best

This family trip revolved around my father who suffers with Parkinson's and Dementia. All stair openings have gates and lift was handy. First floor provided access to one bedroom, kitchen, LR and laundry. Plenty of room inside and out. Beach access was easy. Everything needed was supplied. I highly recommend this place. Communications with property POC was easy when needed.

Very nice home

Overall very nice property. Loved the access to beach, however not a safe area for younger children around tyhe holiday with golf carts, atvs and dirt bikes racing down the beach. Too crowded.
