The space
This thoughtfully arranged RV sleeps up to 6 guests and features a private queen master suite with a Smart TV, plus two additional queen pull out beds in the open concept living area, perfect for accommodating extra guests or kids with ease. The living room also includes another Smart TV and ample seating, making it ideal for game nights, movies, or simply relaxing after a sun filled day.
The large kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything from coffee at sunrise to dinner fresh off the grill. With generous dining space and plenty of seating in the open living area, you’ll have everything you need for easy, shared meals and entertaining.

Outside, enjoy a private fire pit and a wide array of resort style amenities: fish or crab from the dock, paddle the canal with our kayaks, cruise around on bikes, or let the kids explore the pirate ship playground. The brand new palapa area is the perfect place to gather, complete with a grill, picnic tables, and cornhole.

Whether you’re lounging by the water, roasting marshmallows under the stars, or sipping something cold while the kids play nearby, this bayfront hideaway invites you to slow down, stay awhile, and make some unforgettable memories.

Here is a few honest AND Important notes for our valuable guests:

✓Beach is right there . Just one street over. A 5-minute walk (or drive) brings you to soft sand and open shoreline. We’ve included a map in the photos to make it easy.

✓Pets welcome with approval
$60 per stay. Must be leashed.
Undeclared pets: $100 fee per pet.

✓Free ferry to Galveston . Explore Moody Gardens, the Historic District, and the Boardwalk. All just a scenic ferry ride away—no cost.

✓Park next to your RV easy in and out.

✓Safety First
For your safety, awning use is not permitted. Please supervise children near water or fire features.

✓Toilets work differently
Please don’t flush paper products. We provide a lidded bin with extra bags to help keep things fresh and clean.
