Loved Port Douglas and this location because we could walk everywhere and enjoy 4 Mile beach area. Great spacious 2 bedroom condo with kitchen and livingroom. Enjoyed lots of Port Douglas activities and the condo amenities.

No lifts so if you stay on the top floor, 4 flights of stairs and the noise carries upstairs, same view if your on the second level or third level...fantastic location walking distance to everything. Great Lighthouse cafe on bottom level magic coffee....high recommended

Amazing renovated apartment, probably the nicest in the complex. The only downside is it's on the 3rd floor, so not great with 2 small children, but for anyone with older kids its amazing!

Apartment very similar to photos and location is perfect being right across from the beach. Only complaint is that some compliance a bit old with dish washer worse for wear and fridge a bit rusty from salt air.

The hotel changed our property prior I think this was because we booked a 1bedroom but it actually had two (though a queried as soon as I booked and advised it was ok) and wanted us to move to a smaller apartment to off sell the 2bedroom as we bought on a 1bedroom rate, while we agreed to the “upgrade” at the peninsula boutique as we weren’t part of the hotel we weren’t aloud to have full access ie no room cleaning, breakfast (and were queried initially if we were aloud to sit in the designated hotel guest sits at breakfast even though we were staying there and paid for our meals) or pool towels (however were provided 2at the start for 5 days) it made us feel like we weren’t part of the hotel and somewhat like 2nd class guest, this hotel its also adults only which they said would be better for a young couple, however the Port Douglas Botique Penisula was def for a much older ground, I appreciated the communication from seascape but all the strict conditions and limitations were not communicated until after we agreed to the hotel change much later or when we arrived which I wish was flagged prior to us agreeing to the change

A super stay at Beaches

A great time at Beaches. Really spacious and well equipped apartment. Pool fantastic and only a few steps to 4 mile beach. An easy walk to downtown Port Douglas with numerous shops bars and cafes. We will be back!

Very close to the beach

Apartment very close to the beach. Nice swimming pool and spa area. Ample parking and BBQ facilities. No lift though so if you are at the top floor and have heavy luggages to carry, it'll be a little hard.

Location, location, location! Across the road from the beach (patrolled area), around the corner from the main drag for shopping and eating, and only a 10 minute walk to the marina side of town. Large, clean and well-appointed apartment. Our ground floor unit opened onto the pool area, which was convenient but a bit noisy during the day. Biggest complaint however is the night time noise from other residents on their balconies - all balconies face onto the pool area which is a big echo chamber and even normal volume talking cannot be shut out when trying to sleep.
