Salt at East offers six bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across two levels plus 2 full size kitchens & a lift!. Park in one of the three garage spaces and enter your new favourite holiday home. On the ground floor you will find the laundry with double washing machines and doubler dryers. This is where you will find the first bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet.

Head upstairs to the first floor via the stairs or in house-lift into the open plan living, dining and kitchen. This expansive and light filled space welcomes you in with floor to ceiling windows giving you views out to the ocean. The kitchen has all expected mod cons with plenty of counter space and 4 bar stools for whatever you decide to rustle up during your stay. There is a dining table with seating for 10 beside the kitchen and outside on the decking a further dining space with BBQ. Perfect for balmy summer evenings, enjoy a bottle of wine with family and friends in the enclosed decking and garden space.

Relax in the inviting living space, enjoy the warmth from the gas lot fire in the winter. Perfect and entirely what you deserve after a brisk walk on the beach or even better if you have braced the cold winter ocean for a complete body reset during the winter!

There are three bedrooms on this level, two bedrooms with Queen beds and the third has a single bed with tri-bunk. All bedrooms have TVs as well as ducted cooling and heating systems.

The master bedroom on this floor has a walk-in shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and separate bath, and there is separate powder room with toilet.

Head upstairs to the top floor and final section of this home where it opens into the living room, warm and relaxing. It comes with L shaped sofa, leather viewing chair, wide screen TV, gas log fire and ocean views that heal the soul.

The dining room table has seating for 8 and from here you can access the decking, making use of the second BBQ. Please note there are wicker seats that can be used in this area during your stay. The open plan area also contains the second kitchen which is fully equipped with double fridge with water dispenser, coffee machine (bring your own coffee beans) and double oven. There is also bar seating for 6 at the counter.

The top floor has 3 bedrooms, again all with TVs, ducted cooling and heating systems. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with small balcony and window seat, the ensuite has a walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom contains a Queen and the third 2 singles. The main bathroom contains a large walk-in shower, separate bath and there is a separate powder room with toilet.
