My family and I stay at this hotel every year to get together with other family members and I don’t think I would stay anywhere else. They have the kindest and friendliest staff you could possibly come across, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is amazing. We’ve been going to this hotel now for four years, and I have never once had a single problem. When I say their staff is kind and friendly, I mean they go above and beyond I didn’t catch his name, but the gentleman that was there the evening we checked in conversed with us like he was part of the family the next morning, our son had a bit of a cough And the lady working the breakfast bar, took it upon herself to make him a drink to help him with his cough, which we thought was absolutely amazing. You just don’t come across these type of people very often anymore. We were a little bummed out that the hot tub was out of order this time however we understand it does happen and the pool was still open so the kids had a blast. Thank you

Lana at checkin was fabulous and so accommodating and got us checked in early! Ryan was helpful and kind, both Tuesday evening and again Wednesday at checkout. Erin who worked the fabulous breakfast was friendly and great! Head housekeeper, Amanda i think her name was, she was kind and helpful as well! And the woman at the desk this morning, that got us a late checkout was wonderful as well. I'm so sorry i didnt catch her name. So nice to have friendly people, in the people business! Thanks to all for a great stay!!!!

Fridge was not very cold. No ice machine on same floor. Was not able to watch the rest of the college football game due to limited channel selections. Laptop could not connect to the internet.

The only thing was that the bathroom sink was clogged and very slow. Upon check out I did let front desk know. I also received a $40.00 charge on my credit card and was not sure for what . . . I have not called yet to inquire.

Our overnight stay was wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was a good size beds comfortable. No noisy fans in the Ac/heating unit. Although the bathroom fan was very loud. Breakfast was fresh, as we where the first ones there. Good variety and hot water for tea. Thanks for a great start to our adventure to the AQS quilt show. Will stay with you again.
