Cozy house by the Saône river

The Saône Valley offers numerous opportunities for river tourism: boat rentals (no license required) for unforgettable moments of relaxation, walks along the towpaths, and visits to the wildlife park.

Sights include 16th and 17th-century houses with remarkable porches. A 23km cycle route, the Coulis Loop No. 7, is located less than 3km from the gîte. Also worth discovering is the International Folklore Festival in Port-sur-Saône. Nearby Vesoul offers the Ludolac outdoor swimming pool, Lake Vaivre, a cinema, a bowling alley, and a covered market. In a charming village on the banks of the Saône, ideally located 10 minutes from Vesoul, Marie's Little House is an unusual gîte with a cozy and welcoming decor. On the ground floor, you will appreciate the brightness and comfort of the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a laundry room with storage, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi internet access.

Upstairs: the mezzanine offers two single beds (90/190 cm),

a shower room (with hydromassage shower) and toilet.

A bedroom with a skylight (no window): one double bed (140/190 cm). There is also another bedroom (no window), which can accommodate two additional people, with one double bed (140/190 cm) and a private shower room/toilet.

From the lovely terrace, you can admire the Saône River, which flows opposite the cottage. An idyllic setting for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Fishing is available on site. The two cottages can be connected to accommodate 10-12 people.

This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
