Comfortable 2 bedroom Unit - Off Peak Special!

HOLIDAY RETREAT is a comfortable 2 bedroom holiday unit that accommodates up to 4 guests, only 1 street back from the front beach and around a 10 minute stroll to the main street.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, free standing electric stove, dining, living area with television, reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c also a front loader washing machine.

Small rear yard with outdoor setting, no BBQ.

Fish cleaning facility (shared), plenty of room for cars and boat.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, take-away and excellent hotel dining facilities

Bed configuration - bed 1 - double, bed 2 - 2 x king single beds.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

No smoking inside.

No pets - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

A 3 min walk to the beach. Glimpses of water from the windows and full sun in the morning. Our only issue was the bed. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. If you like a floor as a bed you will love this one, other than that everything was absolute perfection.

We just wanted something small, tidy, 2 bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom. Didn’t need to be flashy, just comfy and homely. It suited our needs perfectly. Good hearing/cooling and fans supplied.

Bed was comfy, i don’t carry bedsheets around with me so slept on mattress protector. Good selection of kitchen utensils. Outside area and side of unit was full of leaves, but it’s winter so no big deal. TV was good, DVD player didn’t work, turned on for a couple of minutes before turning off. Really good place for convenience to local businesses. Was overall clean and tidy when checking in, cosy little place, my daughter was enjoying climbing the bunk beds. Enjoyed finding the full set of playing cards out of the 4 or 5 available. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend to a family or party
