The house was exactly as described in the post. Very welcoming home with a fenced I yard which my dogs loved. We stayed there briefly because we were having work done on our own home but would recommend this house to any of our family coming into town!

Clean house with a good location and neighborhood. We liked that the front and backyard was fully fenced. The beds and pillows were comfy! Only slight downside since we had our baby with us was that you could definitely hear the road noise and the bedrooms were too bright at night since Grand Blvd is a main road. Overall would stay again though!

We booked the Grand house over Christmas. It’s always tricky bringing the Christmas magic with you for your kids when having Christmas away. Well the Grand House brought the Christmas magic. The house was conveniently located on our road trip and had everything we needed for a quick stopover. The beds were comfortable and we liked that there was laundry and a bathtub. (Washer needed some cleaning but the host was apologetic about this and provided a partial refund, which was much appreciated) The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs to play a bit after a long day in the car. The host was communicative ahead of time, but didn't respond to texts once we were there (instructions said to contact him by text with any questions) although we did arrive late at 9pm. The sauna wasn't working, which was a big disappointment. I recommend a less intense air freshener and blackout curtains for the windows facing the nearby blinking lights of the intersection (which one can also hear beeping all night if you're sensitive). Recommend paper tiger coffee in the morning! Cute shops in the neighborhood.

Great stay. Very clean. Excellent location. Parking space more than adequate. Great for pets because of the fenced yard. They were able to run around without issue or fear of them accidentally getting out. Neighborhood very quiet and walkable.

Really cute, clean house. It’s on a fairly busy road but noise was never a problem. The city center area is a quick 10 minute drive. The only negative was they were out of laundry detergent but everything else was great.

Perfect place for the pups and I. We were there for almost two weeks. There is a nice quiet lane behind the house to walk the dogs. And even a perk a view of the river in the distance. Lyle was a great host and was extremely helpful.
