Very Zen and relaxing

Loved our room. Only issue….. There seemed to be some kind of pipe that went along the ceiling that drained water or septic and it was very loud at times with flowing water. Room 4019.

I was extremely happy with the room, the cleanliness, the condition of the room and the Air Conditioning (!) at this hotel. I have stayed in long stay hotels before and the cleanliness was not top notch...and the facilities generally show wear and tear. Wear and tear was minimal, cleanliness was great, and everything worked really well. Other than a homeless guy outside when we arrived, the place was super!

The guest rooms had very comfortable beds and great bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and shower.The onsen bath experience was very unique and relaxing. Seems there will be an outdoor onsen space in the future Very nice laundry facility for guests. The restaurant had a good variety of menu items and varied price range. Loved the Japanese on tap beers. Also there were outdoor tables. Very reasonable rate for such a nice hotel. Excellent hotel and will definitely stay again! A real gem!
