I book the room and the place was a ghost town. About 1/2 way into the first night I think I’m catching a cold. The next day I was away from the room most of the day, get back there and start feeling bad again. I figured out it was the down pillows so I get those exchanged, but I’m still having trouble breathing. The comforter was also full of down. They didn’t ask me when I checked in and when I exchanged the pillows didn’t bother to mention anything about the comforter. It was serious, I was really laboring to breath and they treated it like they treat their ex-bf from 10 years ago.

Super clean room, spacious, comfy bed. Nice staff and conveniently close to Kaiser Hospital. Wish there were a real restaurant onsite or free breakfast, not just a little Bistro which is pretty expensive so had to take meals out elsewhere.
