The staff was very helpful and courteous. I called for the airport shuttle in the late evening and it was there within five minutes. The room was very comfortable. My only comment would be be careful getting into the bathtub. It seemed a little slippery under foot could be from a cleaning product or just the finish other than that everything was perfect.

We called the front desk ahead to maybe book one night and were told the extended parking was $10.00 per day with the first night free, so we booked it. When we arrived we learned the first night was $10.00 and additional parking was $18,00. It was cheaper to park at the airport, so we did that. Disappointed. I would have booked a free parking hotel had I known.

I love your hotel, but I had two negative experiences on this trip. First, I could not figure out how to turn down the heat in my room, but that may have been my own lack of understanding of the machine. Second, I asked for a 3:45 am wake up call, and it never came. Fortunately I woke up myself, but this could’ve been a problem.
