The service was excellent. I arrived early 230ish and was just going to sit and wait in the bar. Victoria got us checked in early. Went up to the room and found it unsatisfactory. Mentioned the problem to Victoria and and she quickly found us another room on a busy wedding party filled weekend. Thank you Victoria, your service was exceptional! .

Everything about the hotel was nice except for the fact that they did not offer lunch at their cafe. The local restaurants did not served lunch except for a low end sandwich place called Potbelly. I ended up having lunch in Nordstrom Cafe that was across the street. Southpark restaurant only two blocks away had great seafood
