I HATE hidden fees and this place stunned me. They charged $10 for my car - what do they think that folks uber in?? Seriously!! They said it’s because they offer long term parking. But I have NEVER been charged a parking fee for my paid hotel room! Totally outrageous! Will never stay here again!!

I had problems with my room key 523. The lady in the front desk was nice. I she changed the key 4 times. The last time I requested her to go with me. She said that it might be the battery and she requested technical help. Nobody came back to me in order to fix it. I was waiting in my coworker's room. Where they supposed to reach me with a solution. After 1 hr of waiting my coworker called to request a change of room for me. I had to again back to front desk. They guy in charge gave a new room. The new one had a very bad smell, like someone had a cigarette there. The bathroom floor was sticky. I ended got to sleep very late... And my flight was very early in the morning. Super bad experience. You are anxious to rest after a long work day presentation and instead you have to resolve a problem that suppose to be easy to fix.

Old brown dusty carpet , stinky smoky room. Hotel is showing its age, it needs renovation walls and carpets. At check-in no introduction, or information given of the property. Food at the breakfast restaurant was a small buffet and they made you pay $16.00 . Stay away!

Pros: ⭐ clean room and comfortable beds, tub in bath ⭐ Cons: forget any promise of a heated pool. No such thing exist. Pool was COLD and the change room was locked. I requested to be close to amenities, as I have mobility issues and was set as far away as possible, which is fine because the cook to order breakfast I paid for, turned out to be a communal buffet which made us sick. Thank you, Banin for helping us at the front desk, providing a suitable solution. Too bad there's not more critical thinking skills here and young man at the front desk needs a schooling about ACTUAL customer service! You shouldn't put the owners on the customer to prove what you advertise through a third party. Your hotel is still advertising a restaurant that doesn't exist and offering a cook to order breakfast which doesn't exist, although we paid for it. Trash on the floors in the hallway remained there for the duration of our stay.

Front desk staff were great upon check in, took shuttle a really long time to come pick us up from airport, hallways and common areas are old and a bit dinghy. Had a weird smell throughout the hotel like strong frangrance of baby powder almost? Breakfast has a lot of options but everything was super salty, bacon was thin and felt like I was eating fabric. It was okay for 1 night. Would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Staff was very rude at check-in and check-out (same person). Room ventilation shaft was extremely noisy. Room was very small and and the end of the hall far from the elevator. Long-term parking lot has broken glass from smashed car windows everywhere. I've stayed here before and had a good experience but this one was pretty bad.
