Although Hyatt is a beautiful residency , it was one of my worse stays in Portland. I had booked a room that had a river view & city view. Only to find out once I go to my room and to unlock it , it was occupied by residents! Went to tell front desk , just for them to provide me a regular room and basic ‘ commodities ‘ to fix that issue that wasn’t even worth full price of my room. Another issue was the parking garage. Due to that incident of my room , free parking was given. When leaving in and out of the parking garage , we had many issues ! First off the ticket that they provided us was expired! When asking the door guy for assistance , he took very long to even come out and help us! Throughout our stay here we had lost so much time in Portland dealing with these issues. None of the commodities/vouchers they gave us were even used or even felt like I got ‘ my worth ‘ of the stay , I wouldn’t stay here again due to the inconvenience of things and how Hyatt goes about solving issues.

We rented a room at the Hyatt so we could attend the Phoenix Suns at Moda. We were very disappointed and disgusted when we pulled the sleeper out there were no sheets on the bed. We called to the lobby and said it should have been made up for us. 20 minutes later (10:30 pm) they brought sheets and blanket to our room. We had to make the bed ourselves. For all the extra fees we paid to stay here, this should’ve never happened. Very disappointed, especially after the game when we just wanted to go to bed.

Beautiful hotel, modern, top notch decoration. The bedroom was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. It’s extremely convenient to go to Moda Center as it is walking distance. I recommend!!
