Very clean guest room with all needed amenities. My wife very much adored the provided hand cream. Around the clock availability of the sophisticated coffee machine helped me get through the cold days of fall. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The location was great, the room itself was clean which is all we wanted, though surprisingly warm for the time of year. The Jacuzzi and shower room was pretty nice.

Ocean avenue is walkable from there. Front desk provided nice map and orientation to the area. Room above could be heard walking around in the middle of the night.

A conveniently placed inn for exploring kennebunkport. Very comfortable bed! Great jetted bath and shower. Ok basic breakfast. Good coffee. Lovely staff. Alison’s restaurant was good for seafood
