The staff was friendly, the room was clean. Suggestions would be adding a coffee maker to the rooms instead of having people stand in line in the morning in the office. And room darkening shades would be helpful as the lights in the parking lot and on the deck area were very bright.

Lovely stay!

Wonderful 2 night stay! Such a quaint and cozy hotel! Beautiful lobby and rooms and gorgeous flowers in the property! Boardwalk access right to the beach from the parking lot! Lovely stay!

Everything was clean which I much appreciated. However the mattresses in both the beds were awful ... they should have been replaced years ago. And the room I was given had zero beach view... the main windows looked at the parking lot and the bathroom window looked at the HVAC for the restaurant next door.

Staff was wonderful at check in . My father had a breakfast potato on the floor and one bed was covered in sand and both of our showers had pink mold all over the the shower heads. If I had noticed before I’d never have taken a shower. Since the water smelled. However, it is decorated nicely and the bed was so soft and comfortable!

Very clean room. Would have liked to have had a coffee maker in the room, but it was available in the office. Also, parking is very tight!! We got stuck in the back "A" spaces, and if there were cars on either side, it was very difficult to back out of the space. There was a car show going on the weekend we were there, so parking was always full.

My cousin Vinny. If you have ever seen the movie you’ll know what I’m talking about. It’s the scene when Vinny and Mona Lisa were sleeping in the hotel and all of a sudden a train comes by and shakes the pictures off the wall. Didn’t do that but the noise from the train had the same effect. Went there for a quiet vacation on the beach and if that’s what you want… go somewhere else.

The property was clean and felt safe. The area truly closes down on Labor Day and we arrived a week after that. Very limited food offerings and things to do. The staff were friendly and helpful but best to visit during the summer.

Great find!!

Great location, easy walk to the pier either by the sand or by the road. Our was right beside the deck on the 2nd floor. It didn't bother us with people right outside the door, but it might others. The train woke me up the first night, I was not expecting that at 230am, but I didn't notice the next night but my husband did. Great staff. No laundry facility just in case you were like me and needed one. I forgot to check before I booked. It wouldn't have changed the booking but I would have been more prepared. Great bed and lots of pillows. If I am ever back in the area I would stay again.

Its close to all the shops and restaurants, room was clean, loved the closeness to the beach, staff was helpful, bed was comfortable. Didnt like the train rolling through in the middle of the night, but thats obviously not the hotels fault
