Nella Suites - Mono Comfort PP

The Mono Comfort are studio apartments for vacation in Torre Lapillo, on the second floor of a complex located directly on the beach, a stone`s throw from the crystal clear sea.
The two studio solutions with 4 beds each are complete with accessories such as air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, kitchen with electric oven.
The washing machine is in an inner courtyard, shared by guests of the complex. Pets allowed.

The two Comfort studio apartments are located on the second floor of the Nella Apartments complex, both with sea views.
Each studio apartment is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, open kitchenette, table and chairs, and completed by 1 shower room.
One mono has a nice little balcony overlooking the sea, the other has a furnished terrace.
In common with all the apartments is the inner courtyard, with laundry area equipped with a washing machine.

Nella Apartments is located in Torre Lapillo, in a very central area and on the beach.
Everything is close at hand: not only the crystal clear sea with shallow water and soft sand, but also markets, bars, restaurants, equipped lidos and everything you need to spend a stress-free vacation.
Within 500 meters you can also find children`s rides and avenues for peaceful walks. Possibility of organizing boat trips and snorkeling tours.
Torre Lapillo is one of the most popular destinations for beach tourism in Salento: its enchanting beaches, crystal-clear sea with shallow waters, and fine sand make it highly coveted and appreciated by all age groups.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- Optional Breakfast not included, upon request.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared washing machine in an internal courtyard.
- One unit has its own little terrace and the other unit has a private little balcony, both facing the sea.
