The apartment is introduced by internal stairs leading to the second floor.
The
interior spaces are well distributed, furnished with simplicity. The
entrance is in a hallway, from which one passes to the various rooms of
the house. There are: living room with sofa, TV and dining room, open kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with single beds and 1 shower stall.
From the living room you exit onto the small furnished veranda from which you can enjoy the sea view.

The
vacation apartment is located in a beachfront residence in the area of
high naturalistic value of the Strea Peninsula, south of Porto Cesareo.
The
nearest beach is just 1 km away, as is the center of Porto Cesareo
where all the main services are located. The first equipped lidos are
about 2.5 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
