Maravilhosa!!

Casa confortável, com visual maravilhoso e as pessoas que nela trabalham, ajuda melhorar ainda mais, a CoZinheira Jane que é divina em tudo, na cozinha e na atenção com todos! O Rafael do condomínio que é uma atenção divina também... e a Síndica Angela que sempre solicita e atenciosa. Não poderia esquecer o anfitrião Mauro, que Monitorava e cuidava para tudo ficar em ordem junto ao seu pessoal. Localização da casa é excelente, fica perto da principal avenida de Arraial a Mucugê, onde podíamos ir caminhando. Iremos retornar com certeza!!

Nossa estadia na Casa Branca foi simplesmente espetacular!

Tudo perfeito, ótima acomodação vista para o Mar excelente, chegamos a avistar o nascer do sol com imagens que já mais iremos esquecer... A estadia na Casa Branca, assim como em Arraial d'Ajuda, foi maravilhosa! O estilo "clean" e confortável da casa branca , a atenção e dedicação dos proprietários, os serviços e disponibilização da nossa ajudante nos permitiram desfrutar de cada momento das nossas ferias em familia. Um lugar perfeito pra quem quer relaxar e descansar, assim como aproveitar as praias e experimentar as delicias da região (não se esqueça de pegar as informações e dicas dos melhores lugares e restaurantes com o Tony). A casa esta localizada dentro de um condominio fechado, extremamente seguro, organizado e receptível; a uma distancia de 5-10 minutos da praia, caminhando a pe, passando pela charmosa vila repleta de restaurantes , lojas e pousadas de Arraial. Os shows de musica ao vivo na praça fizeram com que toda galera dançasse e se divertisse muito. Fomos também a Trancoso, e confesso não me deslumbrar (caso decida ir, tenha em mente que tudo eh bem mais caro em relação as praias de Arraial). Boas ferias!! E espero que aproveitem assim como nós aproveitamos. Super recomendado!!!!!

Muito satisfeita com a escolha,a casa ao vivo é mais linda do que está nas fotos,suítes confortáveis sendo a suíte master com vista incrível,piscina deliciosa....localização 10,não precisando tirar carro para sair para Rua Mucugê.....Amei! Proprietário muito educado e prestativo,serviço de diarista incluso o que achei ótimo!! Já estive outras vezes em Arraial mas desta vez minha escolha foi a melhor!! Voltarei,se Deus quiser!!🙏🏻

Adoramos!

Inicialmente, gostaríamos de agradecer o atendimento do proprietário Mauro e o administrador Tony. Todas as dúvidas foram sanadas antes da locação e o atendimento muito cortês. A casa é nova, bem ampla, quartos bem equipados e próxima a uma natureza incrível. A piscina é linda, enorme e tem vista para o mar. O condomínio é uma graça e muito bem cuidado. A localização da casa é perfeita, pois fica uns 3 minutos da vila, que está repleta de lanchonetes e restaurantes. Para quem gosta muito de praia, sugiro a locação de veículo para ter mais liberdade para conhecer a praia do parracho e de pitinga ( a que mais gostamos). Foi tudo positivo. Voltaremos em outra ocasião! Agradecemos novamente e recomendamos a locação para todos os visitantes de Arraial!

Fui con cinco amigas, no podíamos creer lo hermosa que es la casa. La ubicación, la casa, absolutamente todo es perfecto. Mauro y Tony se comunicaron con nosotras desde el primer momento y nos atendieron en todo lo que necesitamos, un placer hacer negocios con Mauro.
