This place was a hidden beast. You would drive by it in a second and not know what you were missing. Room was well laid out, modern and clean. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was copious! It was a great place for us to home base while chasing fall colors in NH&ME. Would stay again.

Check in staff was very nice. The room was nice, beds comfy, towels soft. The room w/king bed was over lobby and not sound proof, and the air blew cold air all night di I did not sleep well. Quiet hours need to be enforced at 2:30am, even in the lobby. The air in the other room of our suite worked well and they were warm. Lobby also had an overwhelming perfume/fragrance to it.

We had to check in super later due to flight and rental car delays and the staff were very accommodating! Room was clean, it held a comfortable temperature, and the shower actually had enough pressure for my hair for once. We did not have time to use the pool or other amenities but breakfast each morning was efficient and good also!

To call our stay at this hotel disappointing puts it mildly at best. Think about the things that you would consider to be staples of the hotel experience. Breakfast? Horrible. Coffee? Horrible. Managers? Deplorable. First off, they couldn’t even keep the promises listed on the website. The TV says that they offer the ability to share a screen but none of the TVs have internet connection and it requires an HDMI cable to connect. Of course the hotel doesn’t have any to lend out to guests. Furthermore, the rooms were not as clean as I would’ve expected on arrival so we opted to clean our own room each day and ask for towels from management (which is one of the only things they could do for us). The managers did not care about my concerns and, if anything, had obviously dealt with the same complaints before such that they had no care left. I would not recommend this hotel and will not return.
