The property is directly opposite Southsea Waverley Bowls Club and is an ideal stop over if you are attending an event at this venue. There are 2 bus stops just a couple of minutes walk and the nearest train station is Fratton. Southsea Seafront is a 15 minute walk and Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard are just a few minutes by car.
