Near Easton's Beach, Second Beach, Third Beach, Sandy Point Beach, pick your own farms at Quonset View Farm and Sweet Berry Farm, golfing at Newport National Golf Course and Green Valley Golf Course, Newport Vineyards, Greenvale Vineyards, Ragged Island Brewery, the Newport Mansions, and many more attractions. The property sits in between the two main roads to Newport. The best way to get around is by car. There is no public transportation nearby, but it is easy to find when using Uber or Lyft. The unit is an in-law apartment attached to the main house, with a private entrance and no access to the main house. Please enjoy the sunset from the porch and the yard.
