Villa Eriante is a bright and elegant apartment that is part of an ancient monastery built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Eriante you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Eriante is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards).
Villa Eriante is located on the bottom floor of an ancient convent. You will reach it from the street level going down approximately 15 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Eriante. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). If necessary, you can park in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved).

As guests of Villa Eriante, you will be able, upon request and for a fee, to take part in cooking classes of typical Italian cuisine or to hire a personal chef for dinners.


You will also ask for baby sitting, taxi transfers, excursions, shopping delivery, massages or hire boat, upon request and at an additional cost.
Terrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by tall trees. It is equipped with two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Living Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling boasts a star vault. The furnishings are classic, featuring some antique pieces. Here you will find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches), as well as a sofa, an armchair and a wood bench. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room going down two steps. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace. The room has three large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the terrace, as well as two windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through the laundry room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has an arched window that opens into the living room, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid red majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a combo bathtub with shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through the laundry room.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
