Minulla on 2 Bed / 2 kylpyamme condo yksityisellä porteilla Spokane-joen rannalla. Venelaituri on saatavilla henkilökohtaisille vesikulkuneuvoille tai henkilökohtaiselle vuokraamolle. Voin tarjota kapteenin venevuokrausta intiimiin risteilyyn tai hauskanpitoon vedessä. (Lisähintoja sovelletaan.) Vesialueella on alue BBQ: lle ja nuotiopalolle. Uima-allas lapsille ja aikuisille. Klassisen auton vuokraus saatavilla pyynnöstä. Järvelle pääsee joen kautta veneellä tai vesikulkuneuvoilla.

The hosts were super communicative with any issue or question we had. They were very quick to get back to us which we really appreciated. The condo itself was perfect for our family and very well kept. It was very clean and spacious. We would stay here again the next time we’re in Post Falls to visit family.

Very nice place to stay. Beautiful riverside picnic area. Great hosts. Don’t believe Google Maps if it says to turn on Rivercrest from E Ponderosa. Entry gate is on E Ponderosa.

Ponderosa River Front condo

We stayed in this condo for a week, while visiting our son, who recently moved to Post Falls. The condo was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and located in upscale neighborhood. The cool October weather was a welcome break from the heat back home in Texas. The owners, Jay and Reyna, live in the "big house" on the property, and were always available to provide us information and advice. I give them 5 stars in almost every category, but 4 stars for listing accuracy due to the lack of a river view from the condo, which we had expected from the property description.

Wonderful stay!

The guest house had everything we needed for our stay and river front property was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed a lot of time down fishing and swimming in the river. Reyna and Jay were so friendly, kind, and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Boat getaway

We had a great time. Everything was nice and clean and we were very close to the water. We docked our boat for the week. The hosts were very kind and are on site in the home in front of the rental. You cannot see the water from the rental. We were surprised you had to go through one bedroom to get to the other. We were hoping for separate spaces but we had a great time and would stay again.

Perfect experience

It was a great stay, host was very responsive and helpful. The place feels like a whole house as it is huge. I have never felt safer anywhere else before. Didn't even lock the car at night.

So user friendly

This is a great place. The beds are comfy. You don’t even have to go down to water to enjoy this beautiful property. So many beautiful trees. You don’t need to bring your own toys they have them there to rent. The jet ski was so convenient to have access to. Was so fun riding it on the river so calm. Nice little swimming area. Grassy beach area with picnic table and chairs. Reyna and Jay are so nice and helpful. Thanks for a great time.

Beautiful location close to City Center. Amazing property, comfortable bed, loved the access to the water, easy of entry and the hostess! Reyna was warm and accomodating. She made me feel like one of the family. Will stay here again!! Its a hidden treasure.

Beautiful location and comfortable unit

We had a wonderful stay. We are hoping to return sometime in the future. The location is terrific. You get the country feel but your close to restaurants and stores. The unit was super clean and had the amenities that make the stay comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful property.

The rental has everything we needed and more! Kitchen had cooking items and fridge would do well for a week plus of family meals. Beds were firm and the air mattress worked well for our son. We did not stay inside but there were two TVs and a comfy couch. The hosts were very friendly and gracious. The kids enjoyed seeing the fresh tracks in the snow from the wildlife. This would be a great family vacation spot during the summer with its water access and additional amenities offered by the host. It is a quick drive to 41 or the interstate. QUIET property that makes relaxing easy.

Beautiful property, Private Condo

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean, had all the essentials, and was decorated nicely! The King bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were large, and you couldn't ask for better hosts! It is beautiful! Surrounded by trees and located right on the river the location can't be beat! We would definitely love to stay again!
