An idyllic retreat for a group of friends, the villa’s gorgeous indoor pool and softly lit mini spa area, comprising a sauna and shower area, make the villa an ideal choice all year round.

The sea-facing garden is split into separate ‘rooms’, each with its own character and all overlooked by a panoramic terrace with a water feature and ceramic-tiled seating area in dazzling shades of blue and red. To one side of the garden, a shaded dining area has a small outdoor kitchen; at the other end is another lawned area with a pool, sunbeds and lounge-style seating with heart-stopping sea views.



Interiors feature gleaming white walls, glittering ceramics and vibrant splashes of colour. Large arches separate the open-plan living space into a superbly equipped kitchen with central island, a dining area and a comfortable living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are newly decorated with contemporary fittings and furnishings.

• Bedroom 3: colour – deep mustard yellow. Accessed via a spiral staircase, includes queen-size bed, in-bedroom bath, large flat-screen TV, window with sea view. Private sitting room. This bedroom has a tub in the room with the view of the sea.

• Bedroom 4: colour – teal. Includes queen-size bed, French windows to garden.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site in cash:



• Damage deposit 2.000,00 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival. The damage deposit will be refunded to you on the check out day if no damages to the property

• Tourist tax 3,00 Euros per day per person from April 1 to October 31. The children under 10 years do not pay.

• For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be requested a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros

• American Breakfast (food and drinks not included)–the cost of 25 euro per person per day

• Extra Maid service - 30euro per hour

• Laundry service: the laundry room is not accessible to guests. Personal laundry service is available for guests.

• Additional change of bed linen and towel: 15 euro per person

• Parking nearby to be requested in advance approx. 50 euro per day depending on availability and the size of the vehicle.

• Hopping on a bus to local towns can be more relaxing than negotiating the winding coastal roads yourself. The nearby bus stop provides easy access to Amalfi and Ravello.

• Hike along the Path of the Gods (Sentiero degli Dei), which starts in Praiano or nearby Bomerano and continues to Nocelle above Positano, for more memorable views.
