I reserved a hotel room as well as 15 wristbands for pool entry and a conference room for a birthday party. The chemicals in the pool area were so strong that a child threw up and many children left the area coughing and unwell. Staff was helpful at check in and during scheduling for the event and the hotel room quality and cleanliness was very good. The pool condition with the chemical imbalance was extremely troubling and I’m genuinely concerned about the families that were exposed.

Person at front desk. Made usvery welcome. Room was great and nice and warm.. love the shampoo, soap and lotion containers. The dissapointing things was the slides were not aloud to be used. The hot tub was not avaiable for use due to the filtration system pump or something was broke down.

Staff was friendly. Elevator had a strange smell almost urine like. The room next door had a small dog that was left by their owners and barked continuously for 45 minutes. Did contact the front desk and the attendant said they were trying to get in touch with the owner. Some weird stain on a pillow and found hairs in the bedding. Just an ok stay…for the price I would have probably stayed elsewhere.
