I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, I was told they didn't have a reservation for us. I showed them the receipt of payment and booking. They continued to claim I had no reservation. I showed them multiple proof. I was given a key to a room to be in while he cleared the matter up. Upon entering the room, an overwhelming smell hit us. The floor was covered in white powder that hadn't been vacuumed after trying to disguise the smell. We went back to the front desk. Still no reservation found by the clerk. Over 30 minutes later, there was still no way for him to log in to their Expedia info. We left.

The bed was firm and comfortable, but the bathroom floor was dirty and very sticky. My sandals kept sticking even after I washed the bottoms off, so clearly the floor had not been mopped. The shampoo and conditioner were half gone and obviously used by someone else. Oh, and I found a long dark hair in the breakfast potatoes. I realize that I’m not staying at the Ritz and I don’t like to complain, but I had stayed here once before with better results. This time wasn’t good unfortunately.

Systems didn't communicate changes

I booked thru Hotels.com and then had to cancel the first night of our 2 night stay. This apparently didn't transfer from Hotels.com and I was charged for the night we didn't stay and then it cancelled our 2nd night stay. The hotel staff was very helpful, but it was stressful and frustrating being told when we arrived that we didn't show up in "their" system. We were reimbursed for the first night and they found us a room, but ugh.

The staff was friendly, and the lady in the morning was super sweet even though she was doing everything by herself. The room was clean, but it had a strong smoke smell! I should have asked for a new room but we were tired.

Nice hotel

We enjoyed this hotel. Check in was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was at breakfast. Breakfast was being served from 6am-9am. We went down at 7am only to find there was almost no food. The guy ahead of us had to scraped the gravy out of the pan for his biscuits. There was no sausages left. Eggs were cold and no one in sight. There were 10-13 people that came down after us and were disappointed and left.

Overall I had a great experience EXCEPT when I learned that only one employee gets scheduled to cover both providing breakfast and manage check out desk on a busy Saturday morning. The employee was working as fast as she could to refill food and coffee stations, and handled dealing with all of the people who were waiting with grace but it was unfair to the guests and employee that there wasn’t an appropriate staffing schedule. I confirmed that it wasn’t a case where another person had called out, there was no one else scheduled to work. I hope management learns to treat their employees better.

It was clean, but the carpet was coming apart, the drain in the shower was broken, and the shower head was coming off the wall. The lawn was very tall and un-mowed. The rocks in the rock bed were strewn all over the parking lot. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, but no yogurt or fresh fruit.

We were in Pratt with our adult children for a funeral and stayed here because it was reasonably priced and offered a free breakfast. Our rooms weren’t uncomfortable and to be honest, I would probably stay here again because of the price, but the shower in my room did not work and I had to go to one of the kids’ rooms to shower. The carpet squares were not glued to the floor and slid around some. We are not high maintenance people, but it missed the mark on those points. The breakfast was sufficient, but not amazing.

Couldn’t shower!!

The shower did not work!! (The faucet handle was broken & rotated 360 degrees!) The light above the bathroom sink did not work, and the A/C was very loud! The desk attendant stated that they were unable to offer any type of compensation.

Service was good ROOMS AND POOL WERE GROSS!!!

Pieced together carpet squares in our room were all coming up. They were dirty and stained. Bathtub did not drain. Pool had thick mold growing around the edges and bottom. Hot tub also had mold and was not hot. Jets did not work either. Pool bathroom had blood on the floor. Pool area smelled horrible. We opt out of breakfast so not sure how it was.
