It’s ok for one night

We received the room and the bathroom was not clean and it was past check in time. There’s crickets everywhere, in the bathroom we had a huge one in the shower curtain. There were crickets in the stairs. The room was humid and wet even with the air on. Was not my favorite.

Would /not/ recommend staying here

When we checked in it took a long time. Staff was impolite when we had an issue and called to resolve, and hung up on us. There was about 30+ men standing out back screaming and shouting running around with their shirts up. It was VERY noisy and the fire alarm went off early so we didn’t sleep very much at all. Was not very cleanly. And do not loose your key as you can’t even walk in building without it at night.

This is a new hotel but it is an extended stay with a full size kitchen. The floors were greasy and there was a weird musty smell in the room when we walked in. We were only there for a few hours to sleep before we moved on to our next stop.

We had a child in the room above. Sounded like they were doing gymnastics for 4 total hours. Was not aware we had chosen an extended stay hotel. So there was only one towel in the room, no Kleenex, no cups or ice bucket. When we inquired at the desk their answer was “we are an extended stay most people bring there own supplies.

The hotel is new and very nice, but the floor in our room was dirty. Also, we checked in with 3 adults to one room and only got 2 wash cloths and 2 bath towels. No hand towels. Also no shampoo or conditioner was provided, and no Kleenexes or soap to wash your hands.

Good and affordable

New facility - everything was very clean and nice. They need paper towels or dish towels. Kitchen is fully unequipped. Personally I don’t like that there is not always someone at the front desk.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. I only stayed the second night because I had already paid for it and they would not give me a refund. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom on the first night and realized I was walking on wet floors. I almost slipped and fell when I was getting out of the bed.I mentioned it to the staff the next day. They are 100% aware that the floors get wet due to condensation buildup. Or whatever they’re blaming it on. Considering this is a fairly new build, it was very disappointing to know that the facility is aware that they have issues with their rooms, but do nothing about it. And I know that they’re aware, because the staff member told me that the same thing happens in their room. And acted like it was no big deal.

Convenient/Economical

Fridge light was off & defrosting with water dripping inside, toilet seat had dry urine spots & other debris on it. Floor was slippery when you turn the air off almost instantly. No iron in room. My bed and pillows wasn’t comfy and I’m not very picky. The room looked nice. Great location and free parking.

Hotels.com app said $10 per fee, but I was charged $50 at the hotel. Hotels.com price was $89. Hotel cost was $66. I was charged $89. Hotel clerk seemed bothered to have to check me in.

Was ok for overnight stay. Rude staff at late ✔️in

We didn’t get in until after midnight. Lobby is closed after 10 so you have to call on a phone after that. Took 3 calls before someone finally answered. Waited another 15 minutes for someone to come down. He was very rude and impersonal. Bathroom only had 2 washcloths, 2 floor towels, and 1 bath towel. No hand towels. No amenities for a suite with kitchen (no dishes, paper towels, soap, etc).
