Bordering the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Notable local features include Nicky Nook, a fell offering great views, and the many walking routes that take you through woodland, past lakes like Wyresdale Lake, and towards nearby hills.
The space
A beautifully renovated 2 bedrooms semi detached dormer bungalow with stylish facilities on the edge of the beautiful and relaxing Lancashire countryside, with its own private garden and parking.
A perfect location for anyone visiting family at Lancaster University, attending a wedding at nearby Wyresdale park or Wyreside Hall or anybody simply wanting to escape the rush of everyday life.
Inside Wardenlea it has been thoughtfully planned to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with the bathroom located on the ground floor at the foot of the staircase.
Although the bathroom doesn’t have a bath, it offers a generous sized shower, which also has a seat in it, should you which to rest your weary bones after a day exploring the stunning surrounding area.
Cook yourself a special meal in the well equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances or enjoy alfresco dining on warmer days.
Wardenlea offers 2 double bedrooms, with the main bedroom furnished with a full wall of fitted wardrobes.
For entertainment Wardenlea offers 3 Smart TVs, giving you access to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITVX, BBC iPlayer and more.
Outside, the garden offers a patio with a dining set and reclining sun chairs for the warmer weather.

Guests can access the property via a lock box to the left of the front door.
You will have exclusive use of Wardenlea private gardens and parking throughout your stay.
Before your arrival, we’ll email you a keypad code for easy self-check-in - so you can arrive and settle in at your own pace.

The property is fitted with Sky Broadband.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and all the essentials.
You will also find everything you need for a comfortable stay: ironing board and iron, hairdryer, toaster and more. If there is anything else you need, just let us know -we're happy to help!
