Our fenced in backyard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 3) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay and we charge $25 per pet.

We offer early check-in and late check-out for $25/hr. Please schedule in advance.

Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor areas. We provide a self-check-in process for your convenience.

STAIRS: There are 4 stairs leading to the entrance of the home. Guests must climb stairs to get to 1 of the bedrooms.

PARKING: There is plenty of parking in the driveway and 1 parking space in the garage. There is also plenty of additional parking in front of the house.

TRAILERS: If you are hauling a trailer and toys, there is plenty of parking in the neighborhood or in the driveway if it doesn't block the sidewalk.

PETS: We love hosting WELL BEHAVED pets! In order to keep our home clean and meticulously cared for, we charge a pet fee of $15 per pet per night. The backyard is fenced in but small dogs may be able to squeeze under the fence. We provide food dishes, treats, poop bags, and doggie beds. We also have 2 crates available if you must leave your doggies for a bit. Please use these to avoid damages to the house!

FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents.
If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!

SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.
