The room as well as the hotel was dirty. Room had old dust & dirt in corners, stains on the carpet, and a wobbly faucet in the bathroom. 623 rooms in the hotel and we could only see 5 rooms at night with lights on! Made us wait 50 minutes to check in because we were 50 minutes before 3:00--we sat and waited while no one checked in. We were charged $100 for add'l deposit which was not fully refunded. No restaurant--just a take-out kitchen. Pool closed. Unprofessional check-in/out at front desk. Their "resort fee" of $43.88 added an additional insult to an already dismal experience. My advice is to stay in Las Vegas even though it is more expensive. This hotel is a joke, although not funny at all. Horrible experience!!!
Hotels.com risks an otherwise healthy reputation by even offering this miserable hotel as a viable option for travelers. Hotels.com should drop them as an offering.
