July's Guest House five minutes to the lovey beaches of sunny Primorsko

Built in 2023, ecologically friendly, three-story house. My family and I live on the first floor. On the second floor there is two rooms 23 sq.m. each, with a large bed and a sofa. On the third floor is situated one double room 20 sq.m., suitable for two. There is also a big terrace usable from all the guests. Each room is comfortable and luxury, equipped with air conditioner, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, private bathroom and private terrace. The house is located 500 meters by the North beach of the city of Primorsko. Supermarkets and restaurants are located nearby. Parking are available.
House Rules

Dear guests, to ensure your safety and comfort in the July's Guest House during your stay, we have clarified some guidelines.
Room check in is from 2 P.M. Check out is until 11 A.M.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered with a valid identity document.
From 22:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.
Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. We keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.
All rooms have air conditioning. Please close the windows and doors when the air condition work.
Smoking not allowed indoors. In case of non-compliance with this rule, we are obliged to charge the penalty of 50 EUR according to the local Law.
Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire house.
In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. House rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, House reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.
Please keep your room secure and lock doors and windows when leaving it.
No pets allowed inside.
