The Montauk is stunning waterfront property located in West Lake and the perfect place to stay for larger groups of friends or families. The Montauk is a 2 story property with 2 spacious living areas, a gorgeous large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen ready to cook county meals. Each of the 6 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds in a variety of sizes. There is also plenty of seating throughout the entire property to relax and host fabulous dinners (inside and outside).Step outside and you'll find a spacious lawn, and a gorgeous patio with stunning water views, plus full waterfront access with a large dock. Please note that the home has 2 bunk beds. The cleaning fee includes linens for the bottom bunks. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the top 2 bunks. STA License # ST-2021-0286

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
