The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was convenient to be right next to a 24hr restaurant. A place to take dogs out to potty would have been nice.

The heating system was off, too hot, had to run A/C all night, TV remote was horrible, TV sound and channels were inadequate , room seemed very dated, definitely not to Sandman standard

Room was good ,took a couple try’s for key card to work, also enter with an elderly woman who was given a room upgrade because the room she had booked was not available she was told at no charge and we checked out at the same time and she was charged for the room upgrade 😢

Terrible parking on the side of the building we were on. Dumpsters , no signage, and snow removal wasn’t great. Beds were comfortable, room was some what clean and staff was okay

The location, could not even access the hotel through the front desk. Looks like a motel to me. Overall, experience was not enjoyable. Spent more than 15 mins at the reception due to so many guests, the parking lots favour small cars, had so much trouble parking.

Good location, close to the community centre. Denny’s on site and Moxies close by. Kitchenette was sufficient but has limited items. Odd that the facilities does have any scissors. Pool and gym are small, but functional.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we were checking in. We waited a long time and then another customer called the hotel from the lobby and someone came in. The room was clean but smelled a bit off. Lots of places to eat nearby. Lots of parking if your vehicle is under 6'.

Hotel is fairly old but updated, rooms were clean. Beds were uncomfortable too soft but that just a preference. I wish all hotels would remove carpet and have vinyl especially in a pet friendly room. Overall it was decent, for the price id stay again.
