Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating on both check in and check out. Only complaint is that rooms are very small if travelling with a pet. Our kennel just barely fit in the room as there is not much space!

Was a little disappointed realizing that the hotel was the old Travelodge rebranded and I had clearly not read the amenities list close enough, but was pleasantly surprised with the updates and renovations. Check-in was quick and the attendant was friendly. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast in the morning was a little chaotic as the front desk clerk was working double duty between the desk and breakfast area. Loading up to get to our event in the morning, totally forgot to check out, but was able to get my invoice emailed. Will stay again.

Hotel is right downtown which is handy for conferences. The rooms were updated and clean. Staff were kind. I really enjoyed having access to go kids gym and the pool as well.
