Introducing Nihilani at Princeville 34C, now available through Makana Kauai Properties.

Nihilani offers luxurious accommodations on the north shore of Kauai. These Princeville condos showcase a plantation-style architecture with multiple lanais, enclosed garages, central air conditioning, and a top-notch resort pool.

Conveniently located near Princeville Center for shopping and dining, Queens Bath, and the renowned 1Hotel Hanalei Bay Resort, this top-floor Nihilani townhome is centrally located and a short distance to many of Kauai beaches.

Built in 2006, this spacious plantation-style townhome is elegantly furnished, featuring a generous living room with a cozy sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, and ample seating for relaxation or entertainment.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals, while the covered lanai offers a peaceful spot for savoring your morning coffee amidst the lush surroundings.

The sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom suite with a king bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and a luxurious bath with a tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, shared full bath, and a private lanai, while the third bedroom suite features a queen bed, walk-in closet, desk, and full bathtub with a shower.

This townhome is spacious and equipped with all the finest amenities, one being a resort free-form two level pool, one of which is sheltered by a spacious cabana.

We loved everything about our stay in this property. It was beautiful, loved the location. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family of six. The condo was well decorated and had everything we needed. Check in and out was very easy and we were contacted with all information we needed, responses to questions were prompt. Beautiful home and close to everything!

We cannot recommend this home more! The house is very clean and well maintained; the kitchen has everything you need; laundry; beautiful patio that we ate all our meals on; spacious rooms and living area; and the beds are comfortable. The pool was just a short walk and the property is close to so much in Kauai. We strongly recommend staying here and hope to be back!

The location was great, the place itself is beautiful. We had some technical difficulties with the TV in the living room and when I reached out about it, I didn’t hear back until about 2 days later. We managed with the other TV just fine.

Beautiful and Comfortable

My party and I stayed at the location for 8 days and we loved it so much. It was so much easier than anywhere we have stayed before because of the kitchen and washer and dryer. They have pretty much everything you would need and everything is labeled in the cupboards (which I love!). I have nothing that but good things to say.

Love this community as it has a pool, jacuzzi, and the townhouse layout of the house convenience is helpful. 8 min walk to Queen’s Bath and walking distance to Saturday’s Farmers Market. Great location!

Quiet, large, all the amenities

The condo was beautifully decorated, super comfortable beds and linens. Easy checking process. Upon arrival, we had some nice local snacks waiting for us. Lots of space for the 4 of us and LOVED the central air!! Very quiet. Never heard any neighbors or roosters!

Wonderful Property!

This spacious property is well appointed with tasteful furniture, art, and all the items you could possibly need. It is larger and more luxurious than we expected. The pool are was also gorgeous! We would stay here again, for sure!

Solid stay in Princeville

The place was even bigger than we needed and was well appointed. The community is lovely. Only complaint is the pool is too cold. Our toddler and all the other kids in there were shivering. I get it if it’s a lap pool but if for recreation it should be about 85. It was about 80. We had a great stay and the hosts were communicative and helpful. We’d love to stay again.

Had an amazing time. Huge kitchen, rooms and living space. TV hook up could have been better, but this was greatly outweighed by the proximity to the pool and peaceful surroundings.

Plenty of room for our whole family and grandma too. Neighborhood pool is great. No beaches walkable with our kids in tow but easy drive away. Friendly owners and mgmt company very responsive.
