Perched on an ocean bluff near Hanalei Bay, Pali Ke Kua Unit #241 is a one-bedroom + loft, two-bath, second-floor unit with sweeping ocean views.

As of July 2021, there are 3 A/C portable units in the condo. Please note this condo does not have central AC.

This condo was located in a beautiful area of Princeville. The property itself gave you access to a pool, a pizza restaurant, manicured grounds and stunning views of the sunset in a private setting. The views from the condo balcony were also beautiful. It was a wonderful place to relax with a drink. The condo, while slightly dated, was clean and equipped with everything you needed for a wonderful vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens were high-quality, the showers had strong water pressure, and the unit had all the beach gear you needed like new beach towels, comfortable beach chairs, and an Igloo cooler. Though there was no central air, the AC room units and ceiling fans made a big difference and made the setting comfortable. The property management company was extremely helpful and responsive. They addressed concerns or requests immediately. The condo is located in a great area - close to beaches, golf courses, grocery stores and is a 10 minute drive to the town of Hanalei, that has tons of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful N shore location! Comfortable beds and the condo lay out was perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed. The main bedroom closet had beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels, while the lanai had boogie boards and pool noodles. Both the hot tub and pool were also hits with the kids!

Stunning views, comfortable and spacious apartment! Would recommend this property without any reservations. Great amenities (washer/dryer, surprise AC units! Well stocked kitchen, beach towels and some beach equipment, etc.). Management is super helpful and check in/out was easy. Would definitely use Kaua’i ReMax and stay here again!

I loved this place! Second time staying in Princeville and this place was great. Had all the things you needed and a beautiful view. The AC was amazing after a long day in the sun. I would come back and stay here. The only caveat I have is maybe getting a new shower head. It was only coming out of some and was getting pelted. Had to shower upstairs instead. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Love this place, it was as advertised. I’ve seen the reviews as to the upstairs being too warm at night. I do not believe that’s true any longer; although we didn’t sleep up there. It gets cool up there at night with the unit up there seeming to run fine. Very nice having plenty of towels and soap and conditioner. Some places aren’t good about that. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. We definitely would do this place again.

Everything was SO clean. Loved the extras in kitchen cabinet to help us navigate meals through the week. Amazing location, close to everything you want to visit up north. The private access to the beach was impressive. This beach turned out to be our favorite on Kauai.

The condo view is amazing and the outdoor patio was nice. The main floor is nice and well equipped however the loft had a broken fan, a ceiling fan that only turns slowly and a very ineffective window ac unit. It was extremely difficult to make the loft comfortable to sleep in. Two adults ended up sleeping on the sofa downstairs. I would also recommend that a Building number is provided in the address to make it easier to find. Good condo for two adults but difficult for more than that due to the very hot loft area.

We love the papakea

We loved our stay. We were here 14 years ago in a two bedroom with our kids. This condo was a one bedroom with pull out couch- very clean and comfortable. Loved the chocolate macadamia nuts ( we bought 4 more boxes while there)! Our only recommendation is the outdoor furniture was not very comfortable and could be replaces. Thanks again and we will be back soon

Princeville Paradise

We have stayed in several Princeville locations; Kali Ke Pua has become our favorite, from the comfortable condo to the beautiful views. We enjoyed the welcome each morning from the nene and the geese.The kitchen was very well appointed, and we enjoyed the tropical fans and large windows, the very nice patio. Hope to come back next winter.

Everything was fine, air-conditioning was loud.

Unit has three after market floor air conditioners. They are very loud and barely keep up with the afternoon heat. We couldn't keep the bedroom unit on at night or the living room unit on when we were there. Everything else was great.
