Sarlajoande, a modern villa in Perigord style
Modern atmosphere for this pretty new villa Sarlajoande of 120m2 Perigord style that can comfortably accommodate 6 people, with private swimming pool (depth 1.40m). The pool is secured by a motorized rolling shutter.

The house is located a short distance from the wonderful town of Sarlat. It consists of a spacious living room with a large corner sofa accompanied by a 102 cm flat screen and its Home cinema; WiFi Internet access, a fully equipped American kitchen (cold door oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), 3 bedrooms of approximately 12m2 (1 bed 160x200.1 bed 140x200, 2 beds 90x200), a bathroom with Italian shower and a toilet.
A large laundry room with ironing board; steam plant, washing machine. Baby equipment: crib, baby chair; changing table; potty and baby bath. Garden furniture - sunbeds - parasols - real barbecue.
Outside
Large garden where the children can play. The heated swimming pool (with steps) is located directly in front of the house and is accessible from the living room. There is ample parking for several cars.
Surroundings
Located at the gates of the medieval city of Sarlat (2.5 km), in a calm and relaxing environment, it is close to all amenities (restaurants, bakery, butcher less than 1 km), hypermarket less than 5 miles...
The main tourist sites are less than 20 minutes away. For example, the castles of Castelnaud, Milandes, Beynac, or even Roque Gageac famous for its ballads on the Dordogne in Gabarre or canoe... But also, major prehistoric sites such as the caves of LASCAUX, Prehistoparc ....
With regard to leisure activities, the first cycle path with a length of about 30km is less than 10 minutes from the house, equestrian center, tennis court and golf course are less than 15 minutes away.... fishing pond at less than 1km... All the assets are there to spend a pleasant holiday.
