Good location!

Pros: good location great beaches very safe nice pool super quiet stay!Cons: kinda dated unit living room couch needs to be replaced for sure very uncomfortable kitchen appliances could be updated as well The main bedroom is kind of small, but not a big deal for the most part. It’s just for sleeping. The balcony is nice especially in the morning to see the birds the bed itself. Unfortunately the mattress could be replaced as it was very uncomfortable on our ribs because of the springs with a simple pillow top it may fix that problem I had to sleep in one of the twin bed any other room to see if there was any better The only other negative was the smell upon arrival the smell from a plug-in freshener was so strong. We had to unplug them all for the remainder of our stay and air out the unit, also the rules list was quite extensive for the property, but we noticed one of the units on the far end. It looked like they had someone live in there full-time so they had chickens, including a rooster so every morning around 4:30 AM we would be awaken by our friendly rooster, kind of weird for a complex to allow roosters and chickens in the are!

Great property on the West Coast

The communication with both owner and property manager was amazing. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything that you needed. The furniture could use an update. But, still met our needs. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to be

First time in Ajoupa villas and first time in Barbados. What a gem. Location is perfect for touring about in a car. Buses are very frequent, supermarket close by and very good restaurants all around. The villa is perfect!! So pleased we stayed here. The little touches of dish soap and tea towels very much appreciated too. Overall it’s a must stay here again. Thank you Ajoupa for making our holiday!

Great location

Brilliant location for beach and towns. We hired a car were able to access the whole island easily. Akeema the host was waiting upon our arrival and explained everything, we were also able to contact her if we needed anything. We were there for hurricane Beryl, Akeema made sure we had torches, radio, water etc. The property is well equipped, it doesn’t have regular TV channels but does have a Smart TV. A great sports bar ‘Wendy’s’ around the corner that also does tasty fresh homemade food. The bedrooms are quite small but there is plenty of storage for clothes etc. The washer/dryer comes in handy too. Would definitely stay here.

Ajoupa 4 Vacation 2023

Ajoupa 4 was a very clean Villa with all the amenities! Close to grocery store, public transportation and the beach. This unit did not have a sea view and the deck faces the patio of another unit. There is a green space between the unit and the pool. The porch in front fits two chairs. Living room furniture needs to be updated!!! Very safe complex.

Super holiday

Great location for quiet relaxing holiday. Easy walks to several beaches or short Reggie bus ride to favourite “Batts Beach” Had great holiday on a budget by shopping in Jordan’s supermarket just down the road and cooking local fresh fish. Pool was really lovely, good to cool off in in the afternoons and was always very quiet. We loved that the villa is in a very residential area, everyone was very friendly and it felt very safe.

Wonderful stay at Ajoupa 4

Tormod's villa is not only beautiful and clean, it is super well located. The neighborhood is peaceful! Close to everything. It's great for a family with young kids. We felt at home and didn't want to leave. Hope to have the chance to stay at Ajoupa 4 again soon!

Quiet rental with nice pool

The location for this rental is in a quiet area. The upper floor bedroom had a view of the ocean. We especially enjoyed the large pool. Our only complaint was a host of houseflies inside, but we opened the doors and turned on the fan and they left us alone.

Lovely relaxing stay

Enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious and very clean. Although the pool is shared we pretty much had it for ourselves. Beach and shops are a few minutes away.
