The room is definitely ready for an update. Tub is cracked, mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable, lots of trim has been used and abused, etc. Also finally called down on the second night about the very loud noises, jumping etc upstairs from us for two nights but I don't believe anything was done about it as it all continued late into the evening past 11:00 both nights. Breakfast was okay.

Breakfast menue was excellent. Room was very clean. Coffee Pot was broken, room was located near the pool, it had a very high chlorine order in the room, TV kept losing signal, sometimes the TV remote didn't work, kids were running up and down the the hall yelling at 9:45pm. The gentleman at check-in had zero personality. I stayed at this same hotel 2 weeks earlier and had a very different experience; it was excellent then.

The room could use some upgrades such as USB outlets, the fridge should have been in its place instead of the floor. Suite was an upgrade for the stay due to issues with water heater, it was clean and’s spacious.

Rooms were nice and clean but the pool was very dirty. I couldn't even see my feet on the second step into the pool. Not very inviting and my kids were very excited to swim but ended up not wanting to swim in that. Free breakfast was nice!
