Sea Esta Studio I - Walk to the #1 Ranked Beach!

Our centrally located studio condo at Vista Azul Resort is the perfect balance of value and location. It is walking distance to 3 of the more popular restaurants on the island as well as the top snorkeling location: Smith's Reef is <10 minute walk and Coral Gardens is an easy 3 minute drive.

The closest beach access is walking distance and is at the West end of the #1 ranked beach in the world - Grace Bay Beach.

Central Grace Bay is <10 min drive.

The resort has 2 pools (one heated), with STUNNING panoramic ocean views and a jacuzzi for your enjoyment. They are all located on the top deck of the resort (accessible by 5 small sets of stairs), lounge chairs and umbrellas are available.

Our little condo has a queen-size bed, the unit is similar to a hotel room, meaning it is one open space and does not have separate bedrooms.

There is a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a small storage space behind the bathroom door where we keep the towels, beach chairs, small cooler, and snorkel gear. We can no longer provide a beach umbrella.

Our condo is located on the GF in the private residence section of the resort. You have full access to all resort amenities; however, services are not the same as a hotel stay.

Fresh towels and linens are provided for every stay, but they are not changed daily, and daily housekeeping is not available. For stays of one week or longer, a complimentary mid-week cleaning service is available upon request. There is no laundry service at the resort and no washer-dryer machine in the unit.

If you choose to dine in, our mini kitchen includes all your basic needs - refrigerator, induction cook top, complete dining set for 2, pots, pans, and small appliances (toaster and coffee maker). However, there is no formal dining area to sit.

We provide 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and 2 sets of snorkel gear for free inside the condo.

Our photos are accurate in showing every angle of our studio and not meant to mislead in any way. However, one guest felt mislead by the photos and thought the space looked larger in the photos than it really is. The room is about 275 sqft.

We would like to make your stay in Turks and Caicos one of the best experiences of your life! Whether you're here for peace and quiet, activities or adventure, we will do our best to make the experience better than what you expected. 



Grocery shopping is a short 5 min drive away at the Main IGA on Leeward Highway, which includes alcohol, ice, ready-to-eat meals, a pizza making station and custom sandwich bar.

We recommend renting a car to explore the island easily. If you would like rental car suggestions or local transportation recommendations, please feel free to contact us.

If you plan to spend most of your time outside exploring the island, and just need a comfortable place to clean up and sleep, then our condo is your ideal find!

If you are on a budget and plan to prepare some basic meals with our kitchenette, that's great! However, be aware that there is no formal dining or seating area.

If you plan to spend your days indoors, preparing 4 course meals for romantic candle light dinners, then our condo is not ideal for you.
