Ptown Paradise Farmhouse in the perfect, central location!

Located at the base of Pilgrim Monument, this beautiful home in the historic district is one block from MacMillan Pier, the town beach, and ferries. Just a 3-minute stroll to Commercial Street where you can enjoy art galleries, boutiques, fine dining, live music, and shows. Eat dinner outside on the farmer's porch, then climb to the roof deck to enjoy ocean views and the sunset. Two dedicated parking spaces are available to you as well as use of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.

The main floor includes a living room, full eat-in kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom. Living room has queen sofa bed. Upstairs floor includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 den with a full bed, and a full bath. There is an exclusive area of the farmer's porch and a rooftop deck with views of Cape Cod Bay and Pilgrim Monument. Laundry is available in the basement.

You have access to the entire left side of the home, farmer's porch, roof deck, and basement. Please note the farmhouse is split down the middle and this portion is to the left looking from the street. Floor plans included in the images section! The home was built in 1850 and is very cozy. The stairs to the second floor are very steep and may be tough for young children or elderly guests.

The mornings here are magical! It is quiet and peaceful. Catching a sunrise on the porch or rooftop deck makes you never want to leave!

An oasis just steps from the action, quiet and convenient. The bedroom was bright and airy with the vaulted ceiling. The wrap-around porch is perfect for chatting or chilling, the roof deck is private with great views of the town. Check in/out was a breeze, David sets you up for a hassle free experience.

My friends and I had a truly great week staying at The Farmhouse! The house had every could possibly need in a rental while traveling for a week away from home, the location is easily walkable to everything in Ptown, and it’s just enough outside of town so it’s quiet for rest and sleeping! I will note, the description is accurate in that the stairs in the house are steep, since it’s from the 1800’s, but we managed perfectly fine, and there is a downstairs bedroom for those with issues! Additionally, David was a great host, he was easy to communicate with, answered all our questions, and was always kind and willing to help if needed (not that we had any issues)!

Check in process was very smooth, owner was very kind and super responsive. A/C was cold and crisp. Location was great, 2 parking spots really helped our group, loved the Aesop soap and Dr Bronners in the bathrooms! Sonos system also really contributed to the vibe. Overall no complaints at all!Thank you for having us!

Great location to town!

David was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. Responded very fast to any questions. Property is close to town so you can walk. Beds were comfortable and some pretty steep stairs to get to 2nd floor. Beautiful roof deck for pictures! Great place to rent!
